I don’t agree with this. While it is teaching a bad message, (not just to youth, but everyone) the statement that it creates a cult has no relation to unfavorable results.

The first part of this I understand is not fair, but the girls themselves had nothing to do with the rigging. They must know by now that the final votes were manipulated, but that does not mean they helped with the rigging process.

I'm kinda mixed on this situation. While I agree that they are a rigged group and it is technically cheating, it wasn't actually the girls' fault and had no part in the rigging, so I don't think that they should be punished.
All who were involved should be punished though.
As for IZ*ONE to still keep promoting, I think that since they had nothing to do with the rigging, they should still be able to continue of course, but maybe not as IZ*ONE since IZ*ONE is a part of the people who rigged the show.
So, the girls of IZ*ONE should be able to carry on but IZ*ONE shouldn't. That's my opinion.

I agree that the group was made unfairly, but some of the claims on these comments are pretty far-fetched. K-netizens are always like that.

Folks can whine all about the whole 8 cents someone spent to vote, but I could care less about what happened to a dime for money reasons.

There is no great solution, but continuing the groups while compensating all the kids is the best solution.
I still do not think there is any clear picture of when the actual rigging took place.
Dispatch reported Aug 2nd which is before the 2nd ranking.
Many antis want the ep 11 set of 20 to be real and that makes some sense because that 12 would actually induce panic in the show orgs.

In either case the final group is pretty close to that ep 8 group you get Chaewon, Yena and Chaeyeon for Chowon, Yunjin and Kaeun.

Lets be honest the girls are fighting an uphill battle anyway, the success they found before will dwarf what ever happens after disbandment for the Korean Girls except for 1 or 2. Maybe not even they would do well if they just killed the group.

Now its just crazy, If they stay this strong i would under no circumstances disband the group.

quick search found this but while it was in the top 3 this was true. about 45% male and far far more 10 20's than 30's 40

Maybe the guys with jobs bought albums(i did for sure ) but fans are fairly typically spaced not far from IU

. unlike say bts which is 25 35% tops male.

While I do agree that the group is from the show and the show was rigged so the group shouldn't continue however that premise only works if they are able to continue as different acts without the stigma which let's be real is not going to happen.

Daniel and Chungha are the only post Produce acts to even touch their groups success with Daniel doing well in physicals and Chungha doing well in digitals and when Iz*One disband they will be going against those odd while being seen as nothing more than having been part of a rigged group.

Iz*One is gonna be the only way a lot of the members of the group are going to make money in the long run because their reputation has been ruined and for that reason i'd rather let them promote until their contracts expire as once that happens their careers are over anyway.

I think the girls had no influence in the riggind thing, they should be able to continue promoting as IZ*ONE.
They will always be haunted as a "rigged group" and I'm sure it's not (and won't be) easy for them, but they're still there, giving their best, practicing hard and showing their value to their fans. I'm a proud wiz*one and I'm proud of them for keep going and I'm sure they'll continue to break records

I wonder if the people who upvoted this would still have the same opinion if X1 had not been disbanded, because it sounds more like a hurt fan than a "sense of justice" opinion

Doesn't really matter at this point, Izone's contract is going to be done soon, I doubt that cj would extend the contract after the produce mess but if the company has balls and really want money then I might understand the hate against izone a little more,like just a teensy bit.
