JYP was doing ok until twice and was almost dead.
If as a company you are not progressing you are going backwards.
They have a rep as leaders. Loosing that will hurt more than loosing money.

its been 4 years people are not going to change any more. Kpop in Korea especially is a solo stan deal NCT messes with that at its core. Expecting folks not already captured to become interested is crazy the amount of work is too high. Remember kpop is a diversion, something to distract from life people do not want to put that much effort into it. And except for a very few none do as a rule.

Its like me with loona / dreamcatcher there is just to much crap to get to know to even start to care. I would have to be Super invested to want to jump over that bar.

Seventeen has a bigger Asian fanbase,so yeah.NCT and Got7 are just more popular internationally.

alot people have started to stan nct in the past year when wayv debuted so i think the push is still possible if im honnest
i think if sm keeps adding units the news unit have a chance of going big

most of SVT's fandom is asian and a VERY large chunk of it is Japanese and well... when have you EVER heard ANYTHING from the japanese fans?
