I mean- we all knew that 2nd season was coming from that cliffhanger ending, but a 3rd one ? wonder where the drama will go to continue for so long, since we lost all the main characters or important ones

I seriously doubt it even needs season two, but great that it is bringing more people to watch kdramas?

Spoiler: spoiler alert?

im curious who else they'll introduce in the next seasons considering so most fan favorites wont be making a return.. that's kind of the downside to having such an iconic first season cast and killing off almost all those characters, expectations are waaaaay high now

this is what he said about season 2 storyline

Hwang Dong Hyuk also revealed what the core plotline for Season 2 will be. “The focus [of the season] will be the story of [Lee Jung Jae‘s character] Seong Gi Hun unraveling [the mysteries of the organization behind the game],” he shared. “The overarching plotline of Season 2 will be the story of the people that Gi Hun meets and the people he chases after.”

So season 3 might be about him destroying the organization?

mhm that's very much possible.. but they will probably need to introduce new characters because it will get boring just having one main guy do everything

[cocomelon]

are they going to bring back dead characters lol

cause if they do pls gimme back saebeyok

though interesting to see whats coming next, i really hope its not the same stuff just with new people but idk

who knows they might bring back one character to life + the brother, they might also add Gong yoo to the main cast?

I also wouldn't be surprised if they even cast bts v, with the thought of Netflix liking and commenting his squid game photo and him taking pictures with Lee Jungjae + being very popular so it might bring even more hype. tho I hope he doesn't, even tho I love bts and all of the members, I'm not a big fan of his acting :/

Most shows go downwards when the seasons continue. I'm hoping the theory which says Ali isn't actually dead and is part of the whole game is true.

i reaaaally hope they dont revive any of the players we saw die on-screen, it would feel a bit cheap after the old man's reveal.. enough of that, no more players who turn out to be evil or part of some big master plan or something please
i can definitely see junho coming back tho, his "death" seemed very untimely and i feel like his character has much more to offer

honestly i wouldnt mind if they gave him a little cameo, if hes a big fan of the show it would be a fun little thing for v and army's. but if his acting is not up to par like you say (i have no idea, ive never seen him act tbh) then hopefully it stays at that, a cameo and nothing more.

The show was alright. I was expecting a second season with the cliffhanger but a third season? Why? That's pushing your luck...

[badcrookshanks]

i'm fine as long as they don't make another riverdale out of it

ooooh right, I don't why I always forget that there is something called cameo yeah that sounds more likely

I have a feeling that they are going to ruin it I hope I'm wrong but I already dislike some of the rumors I'm hearing... of course nothing is confirmed
