Welcome to the 2nd batch release of anime/video game cards! In this release, we will have some new decks, and we will also have some cards added to old decks that had less than 15 cards in them (except Jujutsu Kaisen, for that we’re waiting for the new season). All cards added will be added to the batch 2 anime/vg deck and full anime/vg decks.

So just looked at the Yu-gi-oh set to see if I wanted to trade for it and a couple things I noticed was the set is named Yu-go-oh, Odion is spelt Oion and Yugi and Yami have the same picture and Yugis last name is Mato instead of Muto

yes :)
Anime/vg is a regular common deck. If you don't pick a rare deck, if you happen to land on rare, by default you will get a card from korean general rare.

Yes, if you want them as a daily you request the anime deck and will have a chance of pulling either batch 1 or batch 2 anime cards. You can also reroll commons (Korean, international, anime/vg, or superhero all work) and then ask to pick from batch 2 animes exclusively.
