You know what you thought when you opened this thread.. but to the point:


Does anyone else have a hard time saying no? Have you ever done something you absolutely hated just because of your inability to say no.

Had this family member making me play this virtual movie/game [Beyond Two Souls] that lasted 12 hours and I wanted to take a break after one hour

Either you're shocked that I was soooo passive as to be forced into playing a game for 12 hours without a break... or you agree that you also have a problem saying no.. Or both.. I think it might be both. lol

Unless you have a good excuse.. Like no I can't help you with your college app because I currently have no arms an alien chewed them off.. Those type of excuses always work...

Nope, saying no seems to come naturally for me when I really don't want to do something.

i really struggle with saying no as well—i often get roped into things I don't really want to do. granted, I enjoy them a lot of the time but if I could i would've said no
