My cousin gave me the first Divergent book as a gift when I was 12 bc I liked Percy Jackson and she thought I'd like it and I thought it was so well-written, and kept reading it because of that

I'm not taking imagination for the story, like the wording and way thing's flowed

I was 12 tho

hunger games I still have to read mockingjay I bought it tho

I read the first when I was 11 and then catching fire just a few years ago

idr if my parents banned me from reading the rest or watching the movie (hunger games) till I was 13 or that was a self-imposed restriction, but they did ban me from reading harry potter till I was 11 bc it was "too dark" - I read first 5 at 7, or well they stopped me when I was reading the 5th and over halfway done

I think it was me being weird
