Im honestly so annoyed with this season already [i have still 40mins left to watch this me just venting]

1. They should announced the whole if you get a X your out of the show bullshit to the trainees way before the show
My reason: Cause alot of them went to make the judges smile etc, Plus if there in a group they should get a chance to perform alone if you are going to kick them out dont bunch them together as if there vocals dont go together or one is a strong dancer and other is a strong ballad its unfair...

2. did bighit trainee not make it onto the show?

3. why are they being so harsh sorry but compare grade d trainees from produce 48 to grade X most of the grade X are better...

4. dont be so shocked there sweating there tits of in nerves when you literally tould them there careers could be over just before they perform..
do this to any idol and they be nervous also

5. why the fuck are they hyping company's so much.... yeh we get it they have good groups etc out of them... but means fuck all for the trainees this companys take on mass amount of trainees and drop them more...

6. why treating newbies the same as a trainee who has trained for 5years+

7. is the 11th spot basically whatever mnet wants it to be cause it basically makes no sense

I STRONGLY agree with your first point! I thought the hold point of this show was to let the 'national producers' make ALL the decisions??? It totally goes against the entire premise of the show to have the judges make such a HUGE decision!!!

Mnet can't really get away with ignoring the votes completely like YG does because they actually show us how many votes each contestant gets but I personally don't see the need for this change tbh they probably changed it after what happened to that girl from After School last year...

8. If a judge knows a trainee in any shape or form they should leave the judging panel for a fair judgement even if there from the same company

9. The host should not judge at all
If he meant to be support for the trainees why the fuck is he involved in the judging of them i wouldn't want to go to him after he called me shit

And i think they need to explain this 11th thing better or its really going blow up in there face at the end
specially if the 11th voted member doesnt get picked and they are super popular like chaeyeon got it and she was popular internationally so i dont know how it would sat if it went to someone else

Is it bad that i think the trainees should all be graded as soloist and not in a group
as ive noticed in previous seasons and somewhat this season also
if 1 member is amazing he/she will bring up the whole
but if 1 member if really bad will bring all the members down with them
i think this is more important now with this new X rubbish
as i didnt complain about it before as once they are in there grades they can prove themselfs as soloist but some of these idols arent even getting the chance to do so

From what i'm reading X trainees aren't immediately disqualified just not allowed to stay in the produce dorms. Some X trainees have already been confirmed to move up or something apparently. It seems like a scheme mnet came up with to make things interesting somehow.

Me too cause it'd honestly be ridiculous if they just disqualify them from one performance.

My favorite trainee from season 1, Lee Soomin, was put into F her first audition but then was ranked A her second. when they get to the performances it also shows a different side of trainees because some completely change on stage.

So I really hope they are just playing it up for drama

This is double-edged sword. If you have trained for a long time, they'll have bigger expectations for you. NU'EST members all initially got C and D in S2. I don't think they were as bad as they were made to seem but judges probably expected more from them because they had previously debuted. While as with newbies, you can use short-time as a trainee as an excuse for why they did badly and it's more justified, I guess? If someone has only trained 2-3 months, it makes sense why they're bad, but if someone has trained for 5 years, they'll be harsher on you so I personally think while they get treated the same, newbies have it easier.

I see it as
1-5 months - under the age of 17 should be bit easy on....

everyone else the same

as if you only been training months it not like you could of learnt much in that time unless you been training yourself and if your are a kid and trained for years it not same as a 17 plus year old who has trained with a striker trainer etc
