Well its probably fraud and scam regardless how expensive it was

yea it is false advertisement but, its not theft on any legal level as long as the vote money did in fact go to the published charity. might not even be fruad strictly speaking.
Basically they got a bunch of folks to give a dime to a UN charity under the cover of a paid vote (I think because that is the cheapest way to limit 1 vote per id number) but did say it was going to the charity.
But using the fact that people paid for the vote like it was a burden on any voter is just as miss-leading.

Voting is being investigated as a fraud though and I don't think most people voted to vote for members not to give money to charity. So they didn't get what they paid for.

Tbh, I think it's best to just disband both groups at this point. The whole premise of show didn't happen so there is not rly point for the groups. If final 20 was fixed as well as line up it's unfixable. Mnet should start by apologizing and compensating to all remaining 90 trainees who worked hard, many without getting any screentime in show, their parents going around towns to ask people vote for their daughters and sons- while none of that mattering. At first I thought that only couple trainees were victims and pushed out of final line-up but nope it's all 90.
