This is a Middle Eastern dish primarily. This can have many fIllings. The yeast dough is lightly spiced with cardamom and nigella sativa. The fillings I’ll be using will be sweetened coconut filling and a sweetened ground walnut filling, but date filling is very common too.

Not these, they’re pale and have no chocolate. But they are glazed and have rainbow sprinkles

Rose water smells like a rose smells basically, imo the sugar enhances it even more
