Which would you want the most? Below I’ll list the cookies names and a description and photo of them, and you pick which sounds tastiest to you

Spoiler: Alfojores

A sandwich cookie that’s very soft and has a dulce de leche filling

Spoiler: Melomakarona Cookies

A spiced cookie with notes of orange and honey, soaked for a short time in a syrup made mostly of honey, orange, water, and some spices.

Spoiler: Italian Cookies

A sweet glazed cookie with anise extract

Spoiler: Rose water cookies

A sandwich cookie with a shortbread cookie with rosewater and a filling of rose water buttercream

Spoiler: Kileche

This is a Middle Eastern dish primarily. This can have many fIllings. The yeast dough is lightly spiced with cardamom and nigella sativa. The fillings I’ll be using will be sweetened coconut filling and a sweetened ground walnut filling, but date filling is very common too.

Melomakarona for sure.

Looks a lot like soft gingerbread my grandma used to make.

Rose water smells like a rose smells basically, imo the sugar enhances it even more

They were so popular last year that I’m planning on hiding them this year until all the cookies are done for fear that they’ll be devoured immediately
