So for GGroups:
Try FAKY (there is an actress from SHOGUN that used to be a FAKY member), Fairies , ℃-ute , CHERRSEE , CDL , MoonChild, EG Family groups ( E-Girls, Happiness, Flower and Dream ).
For active ones, there is East Of Eden (it's a band), @onefive , cosmosy , Give&Give , AMEFURASSHI , BananaLemon , Girls² , iScream and f5ve (before known as SG5. And it have former members from Happiness and iScream).

For Bgroups:

- All the groups under EXILE TRIBE (EXILE, EXILE the Second, J Soul Brothers III, Generations, The Rampage, Fantastics, BALLISTIK BOYZ, Psychic Fever, KID PHENOMENON , etc Frankly now they have so many that i will most likely forget some 😅 )
- MAZZEL and BE:FIRST (in fact i suggest to check all the groups and artists under BSGM)

- FlowBack
- INI
- JO1
- w-inds.
-King & Prince

Co-ed Groups/Duos:
- AAA (unfortunately is mostly inactive now but check the members solos too)
- lol (エルオーエル)

Also some recommendations are from groups are old and it was only recently that jpop become more globally accessible so for the old groups in many cases they dont have all the discography on spotify and the MVs (or PVs) on youtube (in most cases they have short versions but some groups upload the full version recently even tho not for all the PVs)

I recognize two groups from here; Faky and Exile Tribe (I was particularly into Ballistik Boys). Thank you for the nostalgia and the other reccomendations! I do mostly listen to ggs but the bgs are appreciated too!
