I want to believe Daesung is innocent, it wasn't as damning as the Seungri case. So maybe he was just ignorant and should've been more careful and stringent? Either way I'm not sure with stuff like this and Korea's judicial system, wouldn't rule out any possibility.

Well look at it logically. You have a realestate company you put all your faith in. You don't put to much into looking into what's really running there. You put trust in the company that is selling you the building. After all this is for investment not necessarily because necessarily he wants to do anything with the building. Which for a celebrity that should be a the nono, don't buy a building with businesses you haven't verified. So for the police not to charge him everything would have had to come BEFORE Daesung bought the building and with absolute certainty that he did not any idea what was going on.

True there was a quick snippet where one of the businesses owners claimed Daesung knew cause YG bad doings. But that died out real fast with no one else to come and say something similar.

If Daesung learned anything it's to just not buy occupied property unless he's going to really look at who's in there. Really if wants to buy any property in the future it'd be best to ask Taeyang what he thinks. Since he seems to be the only BB member with a lick of sense.
