i kind of understand that lol.
i've been doing a lot of calorie cutting and at one point i was just eating boiled eggs a few times a day because im genuinely that bothered with the idea of letting anything unhealthy into my body.
lately its just been more fruits and break sometimes but still its so hardd especially living in an asian household omg

i hope both of us can find good healthier alternatives

I've contemplated maybe getting a job at a restaurant so I can get free/discounted food.

Yeah, I think if I put more time into at least trying to learn how to cook simple dishes that would help. I really want to get into meal planning (vegan meals ofc).

from what I understand, you basically take some time of the week to prepare your meals and store them in the refrigerator, and by doing it all at once, you can save time on like, cooking during the week. You just grab your meals and go.
