The first 3 books were gold and very enjoyable to read, but the 4th one is quite hard to get into. I have tried to read it for months and I’ve only made it to Chapter 10. It’s quite boring and honestly feels like a filler book leading up to the grand finale. I was disappointed because the blurb made it seem it would be very exciting and intriguing but it was the opposite. I guess there had to be a book that was a downgrade from the rest but I think it was a bad for the fourth book, the one leading up to the fifth and final one, to be possibly the worst in the series because it needed to build up excitement and hype to the final book. I’ll keep trying to read it but it may be a struggle. Oh well. At least I’ll Have the first three and maybe the fifth to comeback and read

they just picked one of the most boring and lazily written ways to kill off one of their main characters. a car crash, really? it would have made much more sense if they killed her off when she was stabbed by that patient since they weren't going to keep her on the show for a long time anyway
