This controversy is exploding in Korea where low wage workers in the airliner, finance and cosmetic industry are revealing bad experiences they had with Irene, Joy and Yeri. Because they had this "bright" imagine, but they actually have done some really mean things over the years. Hmm... Let's see how their song charts now. Well if this true it's disappointing but not surprising. I've heard bad stories about almost all of SM groups. They definitely have a superiority complex. But still why is is it so hard for idols to just...not be assholes?

You mean fan communities. They did the same thing with the first Irene controversy. Obviously they would shield, but its creeping into the mainstream.
And obviously nobody acts like an angel 24/7, it's just typical 20-something attitude a lot of people have, but Koreans are very judgement about this kind of thing.

One reason why I believe this and usually any accusations like this from normal people is because what do they have to gain from it? Besides a lawsuit from the company if they are actually lying.

It doesn't make sense to risk a lawsuit, get fired from your job, and put a target on your back from said groups fans.

Also notice how they had nothing but good things to say about Wendy and Seulgi.
