You can't choose which deck for a rare -> common re-roll. At least not yet (let's bring it up with the rest of the team to see if they agree it's time for a change).

Slight update to the 2 Rares for 3 Commons re-roll: You can now choose between Korean Deck 1 and Korean Deck 2.

Korean General (if you'd still like the 3 guaranteed cards from all Korean cards) and the International Deck can be requested as usual.
