Vikki only has DO 3, unless DO 4 has already been removed? I've processed the trade with brekker getting the DO 4 so Vikki will have to confirm this is correct or you may have to come up with any other card instead of DO 4 and have it removed from brekker.


EDIT: brekker now has DO 3, not DO 4 in anticipation of the change being accepted.
