with the new rule that was announced alongside the latest batch drop, theres a chance of pulling rares even if you requested the anime/vg deck. since you didnt specify a rare deck the default is korean general rare.

yea, basically. the odds of pulling a rare are the same for anime cards as they would be if you requested korean or international decks
