Is it hard being a staff member?

It definitely depends on what team you're apart of. Graphics is definitely stressful at times, for sure. You never know if people are going to love it, or hate it. Sometimes a single event requires so much work, time, and effort, and it can get a bit overwhelming. It pays off to see our users enjoy whatever we've created!

what do you think about friendship? what does friendship mean?

This is a cute question. Someone you can confide in without judgment. Someone you can rely on when it's critical, and someone whose existence teaches you how to be a strong independent person. You shouldn't be relying too much on a person though, as everyone has to live their own individual lives. I feel like that's one of the biggest issues in people's relationships.

All of this being said, someone you can connect with. Humor is one of the biggest things for me to consider someone close to me, so I feel like anyone I consider a friend has to have a sense of humor I can relate to, as friends are also supposed to make you feel better when you're down.
