honestly, staff is a family there's not a single person in the staff team I dislike or distrust, and everyone are the most fair, kind people I'll ever know. it's not hard being a staff member, it's a commitment though. events take forever to plan, and I've been on hiatus for quite a while because of personal problems, but I'm back now, ready to plan the next one so if you're asking because you want to be a staff member yourself, the next time there's an opening, you should go for it <3 you never know unless you try
