Secret Garden Is My Favorite Song In A Long Time

I swear.

I always do this.

I listen to a song. Go "eh...." And forget about it for months or years.

And then I'll hear it again.

And it's like lightning strikes and I suddenly declare it the greatest thing I've ever heard.

Does that happen to you???

Well it happened to me with OH MY GIRL's Secret Garden.

First time I heard it months and months ago I was indifferent. But now it's my new favorite song. I've played it literally all day. On my phone. In my car. At dinner. For my cat.

I can't get enough.

When Binnie's voice hits that high "hello" I have this urge to jump up and cheer! It makes me so happy.

I hear it and I almost feel nostalgic.

How???? Nostalgic for what?! I just started loving the song yesterday lol. But somehow it makes me feel all warm and cheerful.

OH MY GIRL trying to tear me up in front of my cat!

Closer is a kpop masterpiece as far as I'm concerned.

But Secret Garden is warmer for me (though I don't know which I actually rank higher). It strikes me as almost like a fan theme song for the group.

I see it in a similar way to the way We functioned for PRISTIN.

Like a warm emotional "fan song" that when it comes on fans cheer and feel a closeness to the group.

Or at least that's how it comes across to me. Especially when I saw the Queendom performance.
