Looks like speculation to me. I can't find anything on any of the official Secret social media indicating that they have recruited a new member. When I searched Reddit, the "source" for this claim is a site called kbizoom, which is inundated with ads. I've looked up Jieun, and she's not really been doing anything (no new music releases or acting gigs) for the last 5 years, so it's possible she's stepped away from the industry entirely, but I also see on Instagram that she participated in a free concert a few months ago, so who knows.

Not saying that it can't end up being accurate, but it's not actually based on anything.
