Soojin did say harsh things to ShinAe, and has apologised multiple times for that. She also was involved in school violence, but she was actually the victim of that. Every other allegation was found to be false, meaning Soojin was telling the truth all along that she was innocent :<

I’m so relieved but upset at the same time. It’s great for her that she’s been cleared, but of course it’s not going to get enough attention like her allegations did. And I’m very angry at the fact she’s lost her rep and life as an idol for good because of some false accusations.

This doesn't surprise me, Shinae never actually said Soojin touched her and more so just said mean things about her. The issue was Soojin messed herself up with the attitude in her responses as it gave people who didn't know her the impression she has a bad attitude like myself as I was shocked to find out Soojin is best friends with SinB and Eunseo.
