The police provided more details on allegations of Seungri engaging in the sharing of illegally taken footage.

On March 28, the police announced that they booked Seungri for charges of sharing illegally taken footage. At the time, the police specified that he spread illegally taken photos in a group chatroom with friends.

Regarding the reports, a source from the police further revealed, “Seungri admitted that he spread illegally taken footage. However, he is arguing that he did not film the footage himself, but spread it after receiving it [from someone else].”

The source continued, “[The footage that Seungri spread] was sent to the [controversial] chatroom of Seungri and another group chatroom. We are currently checking to see who filmed the footage.”

Aside from the allegations of spreading hidden camera footage, Seungri is also currently under investigation for suspicions of prostitution mediation and related actions surrounding the club Burning Sun.

He also tried to say that he used to tell Jung Joon Young to stop filming girls and spreading the videos and that he never agreed with his behaviour... turns out he might've been doing the same thing himself!

Oh they're still trying to defend him, now they're blaming the media saying there's conflicting stories which while he might not be guilty of everything, the thing that we're disgusted by the most (the spycams), he definitely did play a part in.

The most frustrating thing in all of this, is the sheer amount of people that go out of their way to defend him, and take others down that aren't defending him in the process.

It's one thing to be upset with people tearing him down without evidence, or tearing into him entirely (like, on a large scale, though it's also understandable given the crimes committed that he's being investigated for), but to act as if he's truly innocent and this is some coup, or some cover up, or some conspiracy against him/to use him to cover up other things and then figuratively shit on the people that disagree is just....mind boggling and hideous.

There's a place we shall not name with a large consensus of people that are so adamantly defending him and stating how the initial reporter has changed her story, and how people are cherry picking parts of his interviews and interrogations etc to paint him as an evil person when he's apparently not (in their eyes.) I feel it should be obvious that he's at least guilty of being a scummy person, a gross person that clearly still was in that chat, saw the things, and never reported them (and now admits to sharing them himself, regardless if he filmed them or not) - why keep defending him?

It eats me up.

Why are you letting sick people with broken moral compasses like him and his goon squad be considered "innocent" - because what, "oppa didn't mean it?" Are we really defaulting to that laughable, meme-able pathetic excuse for a defense??!
