Well I think the blame of the hidden cams is on those who filmed and shared the films, and possibly raped the women. The others who viewed them are accomplishes at most, mm i do understand telling your friend to stop instead of reporting them cause reporting your friend to police is pretty huge thing to do. But in this case the crime wasn't victimless crime and it didn't stop on one victim, it continued, so it's kinda that the victims are on conscience of those who saw it happening and didn't take enough actions to get them stopped.

Still, I wouldn't say those filming and raping and women are more admirable than the ones who watched it happen at all.
