EDIT: I guess biggest take aways are what he's being accused of and what not. Apparently there wasn't enough evidence (or he's innocent on these or some other reason) on bridery, drug related cases, sexual violence related cases, tax evasions etc. other stuff he was being accused of at some point.

I don't think anyone really cares about the gambling (I mean korean law does but nobody is really going to hold gambling on vegas against someone) so the prostitution soliciation is the crime then. That's probably based on the Katalks he made with some investors and business partners and maybe some of his parties.

Yeah they aren't charged with anything yet from what I understand, they're just not going to jail while court proceedings are going on because they aren't deemed a danger to the public.
