Information Short downtime (Upstream Outage) (1 Viewer)

As some of you might notice there was a short downtime of 5 mins, this was a network outage from our upstream which should be resolved now, if there are any additional downtime, I will update here in the thread after we are up.

Please check Kpopsource Server Status - Service (Recent History) - Powered by HetrixTools if we are down.

Edit - Connection to kpopsource might be unstable for some due to our host main carrier going offline, we are on a secondary route but it might be unstable as the internet cables are old & not fast in many parts of the world, sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Our host responded with this.

We had a disruption to IPv4 traffic as of 4:37 p.m., as a primary carrier failed (which is still offline). Since 4:41 p.m., traffic has been running via alternative paths. IPv6 was not affected. However, the failover should have been faster - we are checking this.

Yeah, I had noticed - it would give me the "Page cannot be reached" error every now and again. I was going to ask ab out it, but never did. Thanks for the heads-up!

Is it still happening for you? I'm in contact with our accounts manager for the host, trying to see if they can route us to better routes.
