Sim Family/Household Ideas? (1 Viewer)

So I'm remodeling every world in the Sims 4 and as I am doing so I am creating
my own households to move in and play around but like I am stuck. I have no idea
what else to do for some of these families, like giving them twists and whatnot. Seriously,
no clue.

I've went through the single mom, single dad, sister raising younger sibling, married couple,
etc. I just don't know what else to do.

Any suggestions?​

Lmao I just came up with it the second I read your problem haha, you could create a family where the parents can't get babies and are trying to adopt some, while having difficulties in the beginning they might grow closer together later or sth like that

Something I love about Sims is that you can actually do this, so interesting - let me test it out ^^

Playing in University was one of my fav things in Sims 2, but still not available on Sims 4 sigh, idk if they are even going to have university as DLC for that.

In terms of some ideas I have used;
1. Adoption family, aka have one adult and have them just adopt shit tons of kids.
2. Building up large matriarchal family, I started with 5 sisters and got them to sleep around with guys to get bunch of kids, then the kids grew up and had kids.. I recently got my Sims 2 working again and this save back and I have been just dying to get to play it ^^;
3. And actually, I don't know if you know, but there is apparently Sims challenges now that are rather popular within community, you see youtube videos about them from time to time, there is some: 17 Best 'The Sims 4 Challenges' For A Brand New Sims Experience!

I have all the packs so I can usually amuse myself for quite a bit. I can’t stand the other two Sims ngl, and I never played Sims 1.

1. The teenage parent with 7 babies to take care for while still going to school and working a part time job
2. Starting out poor, with zero money and no house and make your way to the top
3. The family running a business, living upstair of their store
4. I liked recreating TV shows, I had Charmed and Gilmore Girls for exemple
5. The seniority college girl all specializing in something different and working toward their career
6. Same for boys
7. The orphanage with adopted kids
8. The crazy cat or dog lady with just animals
9. The black widow, doesn’t work but marrying dudes for their money before sacrificing them
10. Kpop GG, with their manager
11. The vampire family, with your faves vampires,me i used the character from the movie « interview with a vampire »
12. The resident for senior
13. The alien family
14. The super sims challenge where your sim have to work all available jobs to the top and gain all the rewards, using the available ways into the game to remains young
15. Playing in different kind of environments, help to change things up, I’ve had a Barbie house, (all pink) a castle, hippie community with a bunch of little houses, and using practically no electricity. They played music for money to survive, or sold their painting, the Great Gatsby villa, throwing party all the time

Quite a few of these I've used, but quite a few I haven't and some of these are really cool!

I made an Alien and Vampire family recently so they have their own supernatural club and since I bought 'Get Famous' I decided I was going to use the biggest house on the top of De Sol Valley to make a family of reality show roommates. But no, these are definitely going into my game now - especially the family run business seems like an interesting play out.
