Kakao exec was arrested for issues during the buy.
Kakao is feeling guiltily about making "ill gotten gains"
Kakao initiated audits of SM. These are on-going and they are kicking off even more.
It appears many of the current SM execs have been off the charts unethicality in the months since Kakao became the biggest share holder.
including all the ppl very active in shading LSM.
The dude who was really pushing much of the purge bailed after a few months to sell his stock ( clearly it looks super sketch.)
Sm's stock. which went up to 160's during the frenzy is now under 80
