oh, honey... I'm glad you feel better now. I had a PTSD attack a couple weeks ago. it was NOT fun. but I talked to a couple of friends, and that made me feel better. Do you see a thera-pist?

I had. But they said I was doing to good to met them. But if they say that, they don’t know me. I have mental struggles every day. Panic attacks doesn’t happen so often, but when they do happen, they are massive.
