Yeah, I don't really know why I stopped using mine but that's kinda how I am with stuff, I use something everyday or I fall out of the habit and don't use it at all... Like, I just started watching stuff on my TV again because I just got in the habit of using my laptop instead.

My nephew’s asked for a Switch, so my sister’s thinking of getting him one for Christmas. I’m swaying her in favour of getting him one, purely because Pokemon Sword and Shield come out in November and I want to play it (he loves Pokemon too, I said I’d buy the game and put towards the Switch itself)

I just want to make sure mine still works before Pokemon comes out because it's been switched off for so long! Plus the battery on my iPod is starting to drain really quickly so I'm thinking that I should keep that mainly for music from now on and just play games on my Switch instead. I could probably get a new iPod anyway but the one that I have now costed a lot because I bought the 168GB version so I want make sure I get my use out of it!

Realistically I only really want one for Zelda Breath of the Wild (and future Zelda).

I have a Wii U (that I also bought for the sole purpose of Zelda).

But I just really hate the experience of that console. Everything from the cumbersome and archaic home UI and screens to the constant requirement to use that fucking gigantic gimmicky Nintendo "iPad" even though I have a proper Controller Pro plugged in.

So I'm thinking about just shelling out to get it on Switch. I've heard the console experience is improved on Switch.

I thought I'd need more than one acc to transfer my save to an unhacked switch using checkpoint, but I figured out too late that you can switch the save between accs

Yeah, as someone who isn't really a gamer, I really enjoy mine. I use it mainly in console mode just because I like having stuff on my TV but the handheld mode is great too. Personally, I don't really feel the need for a pro controller because I like the feel of this thing (you get one with the console).
