It basically helps you understand food and it's calories. And it trains your mind in a positive way to eat healthier and make smarter food choices.

Like 10 grapes and 10 raisins have the same amount of calories but 10 grapes are more filling thus 10 grapes would be the smarter choice.

It's only been 3 days. I'm doing this to be healthier in general. I'd put off making meals and make excuses when it came to my food choices because my time management sucked. In 3 days I'm not gonna see a drastic improvement but I've learned a lot.

Like I made coconut curry that lasted me about 2 and half days. I either ate it with brown rice or somen noodle. I'd have some cherry tomatoes on the side or a small tiny packet of baby gummy bears. Each meal would be around 300-400 calories and it did feel filling. I wasn't hungry.
1 puff pastry biscuit. JUST ONE TINY ASS BICUIT was 113 calories. :susPepe: That's close to a third amount of calories I consume in a meal. Like whaaat.

Have any of you logged your food like this or for any reason?

I haven’t. Reasonably I know I eat relatively healthy, and anything I eat that’s blatantly unhealthy isn’t in large portions and I would be annoyed if I felt like I need to get rid of it. For me I just don’t feel the need to be as healthy as I can possibly be food wise, Id rather just have stuff I think is yummy that varies in health level but not to the point it’s really bad for me ofc.

I had 2 frozen coffee's from costco, a corn dog, a deep fried snickers, a root beer, and tonight I'm going to an all you can eat pizza buffet. I'd probably cry if I logged it. :haylul: :pandaleave:
