are taking the agencies back to court.

I have long felt that the punishment for the agencies involved should include all the agency artists in the shows be declared free agents.

That should but the fear of deity into them.

THAT..... doesn't really seem right though..... The contract the idols and the company have is still very much legal.... and the courts should not be able to cancel legal contracts

They were in violation trying to influence outcome, for sure it would kill any ethics clause.
Really easy to make a case that the actions harmed the artists reputation and career also.

If stopping the agencies from trying to cheat is the goal make the punishment hurt.
Do not punish individual employees who will get sacrificed for the company.
Like sure you can try to cheat but if caught you loose your kids.

They can resign with the company They have a choice.

Nothing is perfect because the agencies screwed up, but putting more power in the kids hands has to be good.

as much as i hate the companies for doing this, i think i agree with @maruberry here. i think it would be unfair to the kids who trained for so long to suddenly get dropped by their companies

EDIT: if they can resign that makes more sense i know nothing about this kind of stuff tbh
