Well, it is based on a nursery kids rhyme thing (I don't know the name for it as I am not English lol) But yeah over here we also had it as a kids song. I thought it was funny that they used it in the song it was cute

1. I want to keep their screen time down

Yeah, I heard quite a bit of it being said by Aussies. The UK is the only country I know that uses it to actually insult women, and for males they just use wanker lol. I personally find it stupid to make a big deal out of it, as I think the team who made Haewon wear it, probably just tought it was cute with the words in it and saying uniqueness, talent probably being the words that made them want to include it.
