News Somi as a soloist under YG? (1 Viewer)

That's an awesome news, to be honest. The black label's CEO is Teddy so she will have some awesome songs and maybe it's better to be under TBL and not under YG. Even more, to be a soloist is a great idea. Maybe she doesn't have the best voice, but her stage presence is killing me.

That's heavily unexpected. I understand her western side wants to show the YG style, but I always saw her as a part of a cutesy gg. Good luck, do well.

Maybe I'm subjective, but I don't see her as part of a cute gg. And I'm really happy she's in YG, cause I love YG's style xD

Both Sunmi and Chungha is something that would fit JYP better (Sunmi being in JYP and all). I am sure it will turn out good, though.

Sunmi in not under JYP anymore. Gashina, Heroin and Siren were released under MakeUs Ent. And Gashina and Heroin were produced by Teddy, not sure about Siren. And JYP kept Somi too much in their house doing nothing. The girl deserves better.

I hope she will debut solo or be part of teddy's new girl group.

Since YG has another gg planned, Somi would be the perfect center

Yeah her already having lots of fans, it could make that GG very popular.
