I didn't like Girls at first, but now that I've listened to it a few times, I love it! I still like other Aespa songs better, but at least I don't dislike/hate it! lol

Oh! An even better example is Frost by TXT. It was the very first line ("I'm so shocked") that put me off bc he sounded really drunk saying that. lol *dodges tomatoes* But now I've grown to really like it!

Coming from a newbie Twice fan, what's funny is I like that song and became my favorite from them.
I haven't listened to/watched all of their title songs/MV's but this one really gave me nostalgia vibes because of the intro synthesizer.

Same here --- TT was my favorite Twice song right from the first time I heard it.

I'm back.

I've already said this in Twice's Talk That Talk MV thread so I'll just copy and paste it here.

Honestly, I don't know why, but judging by the outfits they were wearing as shown in the thumbnail of the MV, I thought they would go a bit harder like mature, sexy concept and was a bit disappointed they did not.

I guess JYP's method is, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" since Twice always had the retro vibes in their title music and does not change it.

Regardless of that tiny gripe, I still loved the MV.

Also, even though it was less than three minutes, to me, it actually felt like a "full" over-three-minutes song and I was happy after watching.
I thought the under three minutes would be problematic, but it was not.

sistar - shake it. a crime, i know. idk i just didn't get the song at first, and i didn't like bora's rap very much (still goes for a lot of sistar songs ngl)

pentagon - sha la la. i thought it was "generic boy group noise" when in fact it is generic bg noise but BETTER.

a lot of bep songs. oftentimes, there's just a million catchy parts in each bep song so it's all a confusing mess until you get it. i didn't get cheer up until i heard a truck horn that sounded similar to the intro. now it's one of my fave twice songs <3 though i will say their stuff with stayc are all instant hits (except asap - i'm still not too fond of it).

Loco caught onto me after I kept a watching Alysa’s Olympic gala performance to it. She was cute
