Its just crazy..
And they just keep trying to spin themselves as the good ppl.

to your point as someone who has run and worked both at will and union shops . I will never again not be at an at will place.
I would rather work my butt off and get screwed in the end than have to work with or direct the others.

And i have been hosed. At the end of the day companies do not care no matter what they say. HR exists so they can fire people with the least amount of blowback. PPl can care, and if the org is small enough(usually under 10) you may have a shot. But they all exist to make money or in the case of government to steal it and cover their happy butt.

lol i have had at least 4 jobs sold or closed out on me. Fortunately this last one was a start up that got bought out and i have survived thru many transitions. one of em i was on vacation and they shuttered the location and left a message asking me to drop of my keys..( i didn't as if they were not changing the locks any way /sigh.)

Ironically even given this i think ppl like LSM do care about the artists. as a company SM under what must be his orders put in effort to keep so many in house and get them set up for other jobs. Has he f up ..Totally, you cant create something like what has become teh Kpop system and SM with out making huge mistakes. f(x) is really the only outlier and its hard to say but I think with Jessica/Krystal , Suili , Victoria it ws just too much, but even so all 4 members are still working, so they were given tools and knowledge.
