Do you believe in soul mates and twin flames? Do you think you met yours?

I do believe and I like to say that I met my soul mate in a friend, but I don't think I met my other real half in a romantic way

i feel like i found my soulmate in both ways, I have a friend I've been friends with since we were 12 (almost 10 years ago) and I think that it's the kind of friendship where it doesn't matter how much time has passed since the last time we spoke and we also don't need to message each other every day or even every week, but when we do talk there aren't hard feelings or awkwardness we just pick up naturally where we were last. Well romantic soulmate is easier to talk about, I have been with my boyfriend over 3 years now and we fit each other really well

i like to think there's multiple soulmates, platonic, romantic, etc. so if you don't meet one then its all right, you have so many others to meet. you could be someone who just appears randomly but makes an impact on your life, they could stay in your life for years, etc. its just something I love and like its magic on its own without all the tropes surrounding it

I met my friend in Uni, she seemed really interesting to me and we started to talk straight away, we have very similar hobbies and opinions (found out by mistake she likes kpop too ) and just like you said, we don't have to talk everyday or even be physically close since we are in different countries now

Anyway I don't believe in soulmates lol, you might fit someone perfectly at some point in your life but it doesn't always work out, people change, life gets in the way, priorities differ etc. You gotta work at it and see what happens I guess.

I believe in them but I think you have multiple soulmates and not all are meant to be romantic although those ones usually are the most impactful in your life as you tend to open yourself up more however they can be people who come into your life to change you for the better

Do I think there are two people who are compatible.. Yes. Perhaps multiple soulmates, but not a mystical concept of soulmates. More of soulmates as a concept to explain similarity and compatibility between people.
