My biased ass says Red Velvet But from an objective perspective, RV does better with b-sides than titles most of the time.

I would say SNSD or Wonder Girls. Lots of their titles are iconic.

Sistar had a long streak of iconic and enjoyable songs.
For the other groups, I prefer their b-sides and I feel like they had some hiccups with mediocre title track choices.

The real, unbiased, objective answer is Sistar c'mon. 9 consecutive #1s. Strong af digitals. They were monsters.

WG and SNSD had a strong trilogy, but Sistar's long run is pretty much unmatched by anyone except Twice.
