Welcome to Idol Battleship! Knock off your opponent's idols with strategy, or just get lucky.

Back again with another Olympic fact!
Fencing is one of only four sports to have been featured in every modern Olympics.
It made its debut in 1896, when the program consisted of three men’s events.
Fencing had a very interesting debut year however, with the competition format complicated by the persistent late arrival of the Greek king, George I. He was such an avid fencing fan he decreed that any match that had taken place before his arrival was to be declared null and void, and replayed in front of him.

How to Play

Each team must place their idols on their battleship board.

When the game starts, each team posts (10) moves at once. Each move must have 1 letter + 1 number (ex. E7).

Once your opponent hits you with those moves, start crossing out the squares on your battleship board that have been knocked out.

After crossing them out, please post with an update. How many squares containing an idol were hit? If none were hit, just say "No hits."
I will be following along as well, crossing out your boards.
Please do not post your next set of moves until both teams post an update.

The team that can knock out all of their opponent's idols will win.
