Gold medals are made mostly of silver


Welcome everyone to the Summer Games! In this event, you will compete as a team in 8 different Olympic events and games. There will be 5 teams, one for each color of the Olympic rings. As a team, you will strive to earn the most gold medals, catapulting you to first place, and giving you a reward of 1000 points, a gif badge, and a banner beneath your username showing that you are the Olympic champions! Now, what if you are second place? Almost there but not quite? You will earn a reward of 500 points and a custom frame! For those who are just a bit below at 3rd place, you will win a free badge and 250 points! And finally, all remaining participants earn 150 points! Signups will last from August 1st 0 KST to August 4th 0 KST, after which you will be placed in your teams.

Warning: Signing up for and then dropping out of events without a valid reason will result in penalties and potentially future bans from events. It is recommended that you check the timeline (shown below) and decide based on that whether you will be able to participate. Check out this thread for more information.

There will only be first and second place, so you’re basically guaranteed sorting good for participating in it
