I can believe Chuu sued BBC as in February they said she was out of the concert due to health issues which they did not specify so I think it has more to do with her restricting BBCs control over her due to them overworking her.

She's still working with Loona as she's on Queendom which if she was attempting to leave that would be weird.

I think her activities as a whole would be suspended if she was trying to leave BBC so I do think it's related to a different issue.

The unidentified health issue just catches my attention as idols are currently able to get time off for anxiety since at the very least it makes the company look good.

Basically Chuu sued BBC over a disagreement in how they managed her it seems back in December which the court partially granted her requests and BBC filing for Chuus stage name we can only guess why they did it.
