where kep1er is dominated by good to great dancers. Pulling an amazing dance line from IZ*ONE or IOI is trivial.
UNIS is much more like the pd 101 japan that valued Vocal much more than dance which is new for Korea.

This is the kind of draft that makes sports fans nuts when the teams go for potential/ intangibles.

Strong vocals (if very young) 5 girls from the Vocal teams made it
3 from the Visual teams
0 performance / dance girls made it.

many of these girls are still on the raw/ unfinished side, but they have innate charm.

This also explains much of the age drama from Int fans not from the Philippines. Since they tend to value dance /performance / stage presence whatever that is(i think its just bs for they look cool...)

yeah, its a bit closer as Seowon is a late Jan birthday so she will be 13 soon and Belle aka Lucky aka Hyeonju the 23 year old just turned 23 in November.

(she also debut in 2017 as good day, was in the Unit and is now in Cignature) The gap to the youngest isn't all of the issue the next oldest in the group is still 16 (June 2007) soo. ouch.

yeah it's so rare to see a group in a survival show chose a ballad as their song to compete.
even if they still needs a lot of training to be as good as dancer dominated group kep1er, but I'll be watching them
