I kid you not! I just been to the gym and songs like Bo Peep Bo Peep, Sugar Free, Roly Poly, Lovey Dovey, Number Nine, etc are extremely motivational and really gets me going!







Everyone should try listening to T-ara while at the gym, working out, doing dance practice, martial arts practice, or whatever!

i don't work out at all but whenever i need to walk really quickly to some place i put on sugar free or number 9 in my headphones and it does wonders tbh. such great songs.

Iconic! Although if they released this MV today, they would get a lot of backlash I think.
The thing about T-ara is that they not only have catchy songs, but they also have the visuals, choreography, storylines, etc.
Their music is just great to get your heart-rate going without it being a struggle 🥰

the gogo's are great lots of fun.
Kinda one of the super early Female bands that were successful.
Adam and the ants were part of the next British wave in the late 70's & 80's post disco.

I should have gone with foot loose ect :) more fun and relate able ..
