Its a super fun song, which isnt at all indicative of Taeyeon to me, cf her statements/dislike of Gee.

But if you watch her on Amazing Saturday, she seems more opening up now-so i think she chose a fun happy song(hopefully it reflects her inner mood now, optimistic, hopeful n enjoying life-tho my fave songs of hers hv dark undercurrent of melancholy; joyfulness >>>> sadness(my enjoyment of Taeng songs-ill force myself to listen n like fun Taeng songs, unironically

Its a different take on 80s/90s girl-pop updated for 2021. Not my style but im glad for her in making/singing it.
