There are multiple rumors...Dr. Doom, Galactus, the Beyonder...who knows?
Honestly, I'm glad that they got rid of Kang the Conqueror. They've been building up Thanos since the beginning of the MCU and it ended up being epic. The way they did Kang was so confusing. He may have had a lot a variants but that's so difficult to follow. There are still some people (especially the GP) who didn't realize Kang from the Loki series and Ant-Man were different variants. He also didn't seem that menacing (it was kind of freaky how he knew everything and kept everything under control and had such a bubbly personality in Loki S1)

And they already kind of fixed it (or are fixing it) with the ending of Loki S2.
