i'll be going on a hiatus soon so i thought it'd be nice to do something for the community before i leave. if there's anything that's bothering you really, feel free to comment it down below and i'll try my best to reply and if you just want to rant or get something off your chest, that's fine as well, you can just label your post as a rant and i'll leave it as it is. i hope y'all know that your feelings are valid and it's okay to feel whatever you're feeling right now

im in 12th grade and i just completed giving my second finals just this past month and it was my second finals (yes my finals were divided into two parts, first in december and the second in may-june) and not to mention i had to give practice exams for both of these finals so thats like about 4 exams in like 6 months. and at first we the grades of the two finals were to be combined and the result would have alot of weightage in college admissions. but before we could even finish our finals, they announced a whole new common exam for colleges which i now have to give to get college admissions. starting this week. not to mention, i'll be giving exams for three subjects (history, polsci, english) and a fourth is a general test with current affairs and basic aptitude questions. but the thing is, some of our chapters from history and polsci textbooks were removed from our syllabus, at the start of the session, so we didn't do the remved ones the whole year. but now we gotta do the whole book, with the removed chapters, that were never taught to us, amongst the other chapters. to add to the stress, i have to now do 3 history textbooks, 2 polsci textbooks and practice current affairs, grammar, aptitude. my whole batch was fucked with since the start of the session last year. the two finals system didnt exist for the previous batches, it was the first time ever and actually the last cause they terminated it already. so yeah, we're all really depressed and currently have the constant urge to burn down the official education offices.

ah school, im convinced every student collectively hates school and the assessments they give LMAO

the part about testing chapters you haven't learn is fucked up tbh, i don't know what your education system is like but i've had my fair share of experiences where the school tested chapters that weren't taught to us and we just had to suck it up and deal with it. overall the experience was 1/10 (only bc i somehow did decent) but i wouldn't want to go through such an experience again tbh. anyway, are you graduating soon?

i've seen a couple of videos and they seem like a bunch of talented girls! also, i can understand where you're coming from because there was a period of time where my ults were not widely recognised and i had not many people to talk to about them. i think you're doing great though, your dedication never fails to amaze me even to this day

I babysat a brat for five f****g hours and didn't get paid. While the guardian did take me to a bar before going home, going to the bar wasn't in the original plan and she was originally not going to pay me for it... and its the child from hell. The offer of eating anything in the house for payment only makes sense if you have a cheesecake in the refrigerator. Just annoying that I had to deal with a child who likes to smack people around who don't agree to her every whim.

i think i lost my friend to peer pressure turning into addiction... she went on a trip with her former classmates younger than her (she admitted they don't know her well) and sent me photos of them visibly drunk at 11pm outside in a city where she's never been before so i waited until she was sober in the morning and answered that they're lucky to be back at their place safely and called out how irresponsible it was on their side. one of her friends brought her sister who is still a minor so i also mentioned they might get in trouble with the authorities if they continue being careless like they are so she called me a dog (which is the term used in polish when insulting a police officer) and blocked me on whatsapp. i'm not the type of person to take everything personally but it made me genuinely sad to know someone i knew for nearly 10 years picked getting drunk everyday over their friendship with me.
