I know this isn't real advice but i guess some genshin players could answer
@lexus @Itto it is said that Razor will be on Arlecchino and Lyney's banners
if i pull for lyney, i'm killing myself
so i have 60 pity and wanna pull on arlc for Razor
is it a good idea? i have no primos but i'm rich in the balls so--

but genshin forgot how to compress files, so ig not

i dont know if this is the case for you, but if you struggle *going* to sleep, you can try using background sound to sleep. i dont mean rain or music, but i like to watch long videos of people talking like smosh's reading reddit stories (which can be kinda loud since theyre a comedy channel but you can just put the volume down) or quinton reviews' essays about nickelodeon shows etc.

note: this is just something that helps me specifically, maybe you have a different issue! you cn tell me if this isnt your cup of tea or if there's a different problem

I take a pill that helps
but my thoughts near bedtime are always so negative and distracting

well, it seems that your problem is negative thoughts and those videos are what i use to not think about negative stuff at night but it may not work for you. do you have anyone that you could ask professionally? maybe something else that doesn't include medication, maybe certain exercises or habits: not being on your phone (which is very contradicting to my previous advice... my bad /gyuripout or listening to music you like, reading, or maybe even breathing exercises

I live alone and do not ask for help
but I do see a GP and Psychologist and a Psychiatrist monthly
My schizophrenia makes reality and fantasy blend which sucks
