Girls top tier is Mamamoo and SPICA. I think SPICA might be even better than Mamamoo actually what comes to vocals, not much though. It's just that Jiwon who wasn't even lead vocal in SPICA, but more of visual was considered one of best vocals in whole Unit and main vocalist of challenges so.. SPICA is pretty good ^^;

Bit lower, but still good to me is BEG, Red Velvet and actually Ladies Code.

I'd say SNSD is pretty well rounded vocally. All of them are at the very least good singers, with some being even better than good, and all of them have improved a lot over the years.

If we disallow 4 member groups, Since that has proven to be the sweetspot.

SNSD would be the best for sure of bigger groups no question.

Lovelyz is also solid 5 maybe 6 lead just not a super Luna/Taeyeon like main.
OMG is also solid.

Why EXO?

The only real weak link in EXO's vocals is Sehun and even he can hold a tune!

Kai most people forget about since he doesn't get many vocal lines, but these days he has been getting more and more vocal lines and he is quite good to be fair!

OMG has a really solid vocal line, I've been getting more and more into them recently and Seunghee, Hyojung, Binnie, Yooa, Jiho are all pretty good. That just leaves Mimi who's the rapper and Arin who's the visual.

Oh actually Dreamcatcher has a really strong vocal line too. Siyeon is a Queen, Yoohyeon and JiU are also amazing, and even main dancer SuA could pass for main vocalist in some groups.
That's 4 great vocalists in a 7 member group, not bad. Especially coz the skill of those 4 is really high.

I think they had 15 at one point? Including Super Junior M. So many members, though they finally finished military service.
Since they are 11 now, I should edit OP.
