how to watch?

• if you live in Japan you can buy a ticket and go watch them in person
• if you want to watch it online you can do so via a paid live stream susbscription (available even outside Japan)
• you can wait a few weeks for the performances to pop up at Youtube or bilibili

where are my favs?

while the line up is "almost" complete they are likely to announce a few more acts, so there is a chance, its worth mention that its pretty packed already so i wouldn't get my hopes high

When Kolokol announced their participation on TIF, they had some kind of a celebration on Twitter.

for a lot of groups (specially indie ones) TIF its a major stepping stone!

-

the line up is amazing but i do have a few complaints,

no "-46" groups
no MEME TOKYO (they appeared last year)
no Schrodinger no Inu (their sister group Cinderella Sengen! are in)
no MAD JAMIE

but still pretty good

I didn't see Zsasz in the list as well. From the groups I stan, NEO JAPONISM and Kolokol are there.

[RandAlThor]

This is the show Sashihara Rino used to run?
couldnt really tell from the web site.

interesting NGT 48 is invited

i did not see AKB just team 8 which is odd.
and no 46 groups is also a bit odd

correct! Rino was TIF's chairwoman from 2017 to 2020, i'm not sure about why she stepped down

i'm glad i'm not the only one that noticed the "-46" groups are missing
its especially pluzzing since Neru Nagahama was / is a member of Sakurazaka46 and Hinatazaka46
